Payments & Billing

Rent is due and your month-to-month lease automatically renews on the first of each month. A late fee of up to $20 or 20% of the rental rate (whichever is greater) is assessed after the fifth of each month. Rentals starting after the first of the month will be prorated, and rent is due at move-in, along with any additional fees. 

Invoices can be mailed or delivered electronically based on your preference. Payments can be made online using MyAccount, via mail, via phone or in person with the assistance of a store employee. AutoPay, our free automatic billing service, can be selected in MyAccount and funds will automatically be deducted from your account on the first of each month.
