Veteran Self-Storage Executives Launch Store Space Self Storage

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Storage industry veterans Chris Harris and Rob Consalvo launch Store Space Self Storage. In just five months, Store Space has grown to over 7 locations in Texas, Indiana, & Florida with 4 additional properties in Philadelphia scheduled to close in the next 30 days. Harris and Consalvo have a combined 25-years' experience managing over 150 locations nationwide and have a knack for building exceptional teams that drive exceptional results.

Harris and Consalvo were previously executives at iStorage prior to the 2016 sale to National Storage Affiliates. They are joined by other previous iStorage employees as well as other industry veterans. Stephen Sandecki has recently joined the executive team as Chief Marketing Officer and Eric Schmiedel as Director of Software Development. Stephen Sandecki has been in the self-storage industry for over 15 years, working for a range of operators of all sizes including Life Storage and National Storage Affiliates. Eric Schmiedel has over ten years' experience in software development, recently working as Lead Full Stack Software Engineer at National Storage Affiliates.

Harris and Consalvo have plans to rapidly expand the Store Space footprint across the country through acquisitions and select conversions/development. Owners that are not quite ready to sell can benefit from their years of experience and sophisticated operating platform by partnering with Store Space thru a joint venture, a tax deferred exchange, or by utilizing their third-party management platform.
