Store Space Opens Fort Myers Location
WINTER GARDEN, FL | Aug. 26, 2024 | Store Space Self Storage announced today the opening of its 12th Florida location and third in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers area. The newly built storage facility is located adjacent to Edison Mall at 2320 E Mall Dr, with easy access from Cleveland Avenue and Colonial Boulevard.

The three-story building features 882 climate-controlled storage units with 87,650 net rentable square footage. Guests can choose from a wide range of unit sizes, including small 5x5, medium 10x10 and large 10x30 units, with multiple sizes in between.
“Store Space in Fort Myers was designed with Gulf Coast residents in mind; our covered loading bay keeps guests protected from the weather when they move in and climate control helps mitigate damage that heat and humidity can cause for sensitive items,” Collins said. “Further, this location has a wide access driveway, large elevators and wide hallways to make the process as easy as possible.”
The facility offers other conveniences for guests, including ADA accessible parking, automatic lighting, computer-controlled access points, and handcarts, as well as a fully stocked office with boxes, moving supplies and other packing essentials.
