Winter Garden, FL | Nov. 18, 2024 | Store Space announced today the opening of its newest location in Whitestown, IN, its fourth self-storage facility in the Indianapolis metropolitan area.
The new construction is located at 7283 650 E in Whitestown, just off Old South Indianapolis Road. The location is well suited for both Zionsville and Whitestown near highly trafficked Anson retail development off Whitestown Parkway.
“As one of the fastest growing areas in the whole of the metro over the past decade or so, it’s important for residents and businesses to have access to self-storage,” said David Collins, Store Space President and Chief Operations Officer. “Our goal is to make it fast, easy and affordable to get storage, and we deliver that with our Whitestown location.”
During the grand opening period, new guests receive 50% off for three months, a free lock, and one-month complimentary Tenant Protection coverage.
The three-level building features 1,018 climate-controlled storage units with 104,151 NRSF (net rentable square footage). Guests can choose from a wide range of unit sizes, including small 5x5, medium 10x10 and large 10x30 units, with multiple sizes in between. The project was developed in conjunction with Indianapolis-based Stakkd Storage.

The facility offers other conveniences for guests, including ADA accessible parking, automatic lighting, computer-controlled access points, and handcarts, as well as a fully stocked office with boxes, moving supplies and other packing essentials.
